Senior Member of the Portuguese College of Engineers since 2010.

Key Qualifications

Permanent employee of the COBA Group since 1989, Francisco Martins began his professional activity with the Agronomy Division, later taking on positions essentially connected to the international area related to the activities of the COBA Group in Africa, with special emphasis on Angola and Mozambique.

He was subsequently Deputy Director for External Activities (2009/11), Deputy Director of the Southern Africa General Directorate (2012/15), Deputy Director of the International Direction (2015/21), Commercial Director for East Africa, Asia & the Middle East (2021/22), and in currently Commercial Director for Mozambique.
