Employee of the COBA Group since 2000, first with the Agronomy Division and later with LandCOBA, a company of the Group.

Madalena Fernandes was Deputy Director of LandCOBA between 2005 and 2015, the year in which she was appointed General Director of the company.

Manager of the subsidiary companies: LandCOBA (2015 to 2018), Consulstrada (2015 to 2018) and Tetraplano (2017 and 2018).

In 2018 she was appointed Advisor to the Board of Directors of COBA Holdings and COBA SA, positions she holds to date.

Also in 2018 she was appointed Director in both companies, with the following areas under her remit: Human Capital, IT and Corporate Communication & Image.
