Postgraduate Degrees in Geotechnics for Civil Engineering, New University of Lisbon (2006) and Project Management and Evaluation, Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics (2011).

Senior Member of the Portuguese College of Engineers.

Permanent employee of the COBA Group since 2019 (where he began his professional activity and remained until 2007).

Ricardo Sardinha has developed his technical activity in engineering consultancy, designs and technical assistance of public and private works, in the fields of hydropower and agricultural schemes, water supply networks, transportation infrastructures and mining industry, both in Portugal and in several countries in Africa, South America and Asia.

Head of the Embankment Dams Division of the Geotechnics Department since the beginning of 2021.

Director of the Geotechnics Department since 2022.
