Key Qualifications
Mr. Tiago Santos was Adviser to the Minister of Health of the XIX Portuguese Constitutional Government for the economic and financial fields, after fulfilling similar functions with the Secretary of State of Treasury and Finances of the XVIII Portuguese Constitutional Government.
He was Member of the Board of Directors – financial and development areas – of the companies “Metropolitano de Lisboa”, “CARRIS”, “Transtejo” and “Soflusa” (Transport Companies of Lisbon), Sub-director of Corporate Finance of the bank “Caixa Banca de Investimento” (CGD Group) and Project Finance sub-director of the bank “Banco BPI” (Public-Private Partnerships’ area).
More recently Mr. Santos was Director of the company “Sociedade Oitante”, for the financial area. He has been, since 2018, Chief Fianntial Officer (CFO) of COBA Holdings S.A. and COBA - Consultores de Engenharia e Ambiente, S.A.
