Degree in Geological Engineering (1991) and MSc. in Engineering Geology (1995), Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the New University of Lisbon.

Expert in Geotechnics and Senior Member of the Portuguese College of Engineers.

Key Qualifications

Permanent employee of the COBA Group since 1994, with the Geotechnics Department until 2013 and with the International Activity since 2012.

With the Geotechnics Department, Vicente Rodrigues was Project Manager and Project Coordinator up to 2005 and later Head of the Geotechnical Works Division, where he participated in the design, technical assistance and supervision of works in the field of hydraulic and/or agricultural undertaking, road and rail transportation infrastructures, tunnels and bridges (Portugal, Morocco, Algeria, Senegal, Angola, Mozambique, Brazil, Tunisia and Haiti).

Director for Algeria between 2012 and 2018. Manager of COBA ALGÉRIE since 2013.

Director for the Maghreb Region between 2018 and 2012 (Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco).

In 2021 was appointed Commercial Director for West Africa & Maghreb, with regular activity in the Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco markets. Currently holds the position of Commercial Director for Africa and Asia.
